Beautiful is too small a word to describe the vibe and magnificence of Panthoniwas. Well behaved staff under the leadership of Mr. Manab Pal, good food at the Panthashala restaurant and the beauty of ethnic interiors that connects you to the soil of Tagore. It has been a wonderful integration recently with Balaji and Mr. Pal, to have organised the Holi event at the premises. Remembering Tagore through his creations in his hometown is the best one can experience.
I have also heard a lot about the Dooars project. I believe it reflects the same amount of professionalism, passion and beauty. I look forward to creating more memories at my cultural den, Panthaniwas.

We own two flats at Panthaniwas, Santiniketan, which is a fantastic place to spend our weekends and holidays. It is very conveniently located, and easily connected by Rail and Road, just 3.5 hours drive from Kolkata and little over 2.5 hours by train.

It’s a gated complex with facility of 24 hours security, back-up power, water supply, and nicely maintained pathways, badminton court, garden with car parking. It has Panthasala, an in-house restaurant remains open round the year providing variety of foods at a reasonable cost. Even if we have facility to cook at our flats here, we prefer to have our foods at Panthashala only.

During occasions, such as Basanto utsav, Poush Mela or Christmas holidays, the place remains full of visitors and the Panthaniwas authority arrange for folk song, dance etc by local artists. We don’t need to move out of the campus to get the taste of Shantiniketan festivities. There are other places to visit nearby such as Kankhalitala (30 mins by car), Tarapith (2 hrs by car).

It is a pleasure for us to be an owner of the properties in this campus.

We are in possession of an apartment at Panthaniwas Phase III (Block 25, Apt. No. 2B) since
2017. On the very first day we visited the site, in the month of May 2013, we liked the
tranquil nature of the place and decided to buy one apartment, after seeing the plan and
going through other details at the office of Sree Balaji, in spite of the fact that construction
of the buildings in Phase III was yet to start ! It was a wise decision. At every step of our
interaction with the management and staffs of Sree Balaji we found them as transparent,
systematic, cordial, friendly and co-operative. Construction of the phase III was taken place
according to their commitment and our understanding.
One extremely useful facility in the Panthaniwas complex is the functioning of Panthashala
comprising restaurant, banquette and gymnasium. We often take foods from the restaurant
during our visits (normally once in 2-3 months). Being owner of an apartment we get free
home delivery as well. Quality and quantity of the foods was quite good, in general, and for
some excellent. Serving of the foods, as we found, was hygienic and decent. We even own
prizes, determined on the yearly food consumption, consecutively for two years !
Panthaniwas and Panthashala are maintained by efficient, cordial and co-operative staffs.

I am very pleased after purchasing my flat at Panthaniwas Santiniketan .The location is very good. The flat complex is beautiful and well maintained. I feel homely and relaxed when I stay there. The restaurant inside serves good food. The management and the staffs are well behaved and helpful .The Sree Balaji is a renowned company and is helpful in dealing with their clients.

The proprieter of Shree Balaji is a real down to earth person. The management team of the company is very efficient. All the staffs are extremely cooperative and helpful. The properties they are having in the different parts of India including Dooars and Shantiniketan are with luxury and greenery at its best. I am personally having my studio apartments in both their project of Shantiniketan and Dooars. The construction level and architecture is value for money. The properties are admist lush greenery. Fresh air and eyewarming scenic beauty is the cherry on the top as the location are excellent. The restaurant they are having at the property of Shantiniketan named ‘Panthasala’ is a worth to have dinner or lunch with family or beloved one. The bengali cuisine made by the experienced chefs are really finger licking. They are also providing their clients with amenities like Multi gym, children’s play area, swimming pool and community hall along with banquets at their property. They arrange folk dance, basanta utshob, new year and many social festivals for their guests. The construction team is also thinking over to make some more properties at Digha and Puri. Allover I can say is, I am happy to be a client of Shree Balaji.

Every time we visit, we find something new which gives us a lot of pleasure. The complex is maintained exceedingly well. Proper gardening is done and we get to see lovely seasonal flowers which touches our heart. A whole lot of activities are arranged throughout the year for every occasion to make the residents engaged which includes cultural activities, games and sports, etc. Initiatives are taken to provide medical and other support for underprivileged people. This kind of act gives real pleasure. We always feel thrilled during our visits and always return with renewed energy and rejuvenated minds.
